Jessica lives in Bixby, Oklahoma. She enjoys recycling and loves creating handmade items by utilizing materials that she recycles herself. Jessica transforms recycled soup and coffee cans, as well as vintage vinyl records, into original hand-painted upcycled decoupage art pieces. She also incorporates recycled magazine clippings and Yogi brand tea tag messages into her one-of-a-kind collage creations, which can be found in her Etsy shop "Eco-Friendly Freckles".
...and one of Jessica's upcycled vinyl record art pieces is used as the cover art for Jen Karetnick's book of poetry titled Brie Season.
Jessica is seen here in her local Tulsa Magazine Artist in Residence feature that spotlights her upcycled art and her Eco-Friendly Freckles Etsy shop. Along with her upcycled decoupage art, Jessica also carries recycled vintage treasures and ephemera in her Eco-Friendly Freckles shop.
